Successful Appeal Following Jury Verdict

Trial Attorney Thomas K. Mendel co-authored the appeal brief and successfully argued before the Missouri Court of Appeal for the Western District which affirmed the trial court's granting of new trial  in Fielder v. Gittings, 311 S.W.3d 280 (Mo. App. W.D. 2010). The appeal followed a personal injury automobile accident jury verdict in favor of Plaintiff and lead to a confidential settlement in excess of the jury verdict
